Greetings PHS family, Today in Weight Training we continued our Nutrition, Supplements, and Steroids Unit. We began our day with 5 laps in the gym(cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the hip flexor muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their lower bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.

Greetings Falcon family, today in Wt. Training we introduced the Nutrition, Supplements, and steroids unit. Students took notes and watched a health documentary on dietary and fitness facts. We will begin workouts for this unit tomorrow.
