Greetings falcon family, today in weight training students began the Plyometric training unit. Students took a twenty question pre-test, and began their workout for this particular unit. Tomorrow we will focus on the lower body. Have a great day!

Greetings PHS family, today in Weight Training we continued our Circuit Training Unit. We began our day with 2 laps on the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the hamstrings muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their lower bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Students will take their Circuit Training Post-test this Friday (1/27/17). Let's have another great day tomorrow.
