Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our Plyometric Training Unit. We began our day with 2 laps on the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the hamstring muscle. Today's workout focus was on the lower body. Students performed a series of exercises working their lower bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Students, please remember that we will have our Plyometric Training unit post-test this Friday. Please remember to review all vocabulary words and notes in order to help prepare you for the test. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
