Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we introduced our F.I.T.T. Principle Unit. Students took the F.I.T.T. Principle Pre-test and took Cornell style notes. Next, students wrote their three goals for the unit. Last, students ran a timed mile on the track. We ended our day with static stretching. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
