Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our Speed/Agility Unit. We began our day with 5 laps in the gym (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the hip flexor muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their lower bodies and abdominal muscles. Students will take their Speed/Agility Post-test next Friday (5/21/16). We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
