Weight Training

Greetings PHS family, today in Weight Training we continued our F.I.T.T. Principle Unit. We began our day with 2 laps on the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the hamstrings muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their upper bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow. Please be reminded that there will be no school tomorrow. We will resume on Wednesday.
