Greetings PHS family, today in Weight Training we continued our F.I.T.T. Principle Unit. We began our day with 2 laps on the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the calf muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their upper bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Students will take the F.I.T.T. Principle post test on Friday. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
