Wt. Training
Greetings Falcon family, today in Wt. Training we began the Fitness Gram Pre-test. Students recorded their height, weight, and Sit & Reach (flexibility). Students also recorded their personal goals for each Fitness Gram test/fitness component. We will compare their results (data) at a later date during the fall semester. Tomorrow we will continue the Fitness Gram Pre-test with push-ups and curl-ups, and Mile run pre-test. Let's have another great day!
