Wt. Training
Greetings Falcon family, today in Wt. Training we continued the Fitness Gram Pre-test. Students recorded their push-ups & curl-ups (muscular endurance/strength) pre-test. Students also ran one mile on the track. We will compare their results (data) at a later date during the fall semester. Tomorrow we will complete the Fitness Gram Pre-test with the Pacer test.
