Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our Plyometric Training Unit. We began our day with 2 laps on the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the hip flexors. Today's workout focus was on the upper body. Students performed a series of exercises working their lower bodies and abdominal muscles. Students please remember that we will have our Plyometric Training Post test on Friday 9/4/15. Please review all notes and vocabulary to help prepare you for the test. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Have a great Weekend.
