Greetings PHS family, welcome back to the 2015-2016 school year. We are looking forward to a fantastic year in weight training. Today students took their Circuit Training pre-test, followed by Circuit Training notes. Next, we began our Circuit Training workout routine. Students will keep a progress log that will track their growth in each exercise throughout the unit. Last, we performed static cool down stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
