Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our Circuit Training unit with Moderate and High intensity exercises. We began our day with running 2 laps around the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our calf muscles. (muscular endurance, flexibility). Students performed well today during our high intensity workout. Students will continue to look at their Circuit Training data. This week we will continue to evaluate their workouts to make sure that they are progressing with each exercise. Students please remember that our first unit test will be tomorrow. We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow!
