Greetings PHS family, today in Weight Training students took their Speed/Agility pre-test. We also took notes on Speed/Agility and concluded with students writing their three goals for the unit. Last, students ran a timed mile outside on the track. We will begin our selected workouts for the Speed/Agility Unit tomorrow. Let's have another great day.
