Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our F.I.T.T. Principle Unit. We began our day with 2 laps on the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the calf muscle. Today's workout focus was on the lower body. Students performed a series of exercises working their lower bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Students will take their F.I.T.T. Principle post-test this Friday 11/13/15.
