Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our Speed/Agility Unit. We began our day with 2 laps on the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the quadriceps muscle. Today's workout focus was on the upper body. Students performed a series of exercises working their upper bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
