Greetings PHS family, today in Weight Training students took their Nutrition, Supplements, and Steroids post-test. Next, students wrote their three goal reflection essay. Last students ran a one mile timed run and performed cool down static stretches. On Monday, we will begin the F.I.T.T. Principle Unit. Have a great Weekend.
