Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our Intro to Sports Physiology and Biomechanics Unit. We began our day with 5 laps in the gym (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the quadriceps muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their upper bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Students' will take the  Intro to Sports Physiology and Biomechanics Unit Pre-Test on Friday. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
