Body Sculpting

Greetings PHS family, today in Body Sculpting we continued our Intro to Nutrition, Supplements, and Steroids Unit. We began our day with 2 laps on the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the calf muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their upper bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
