Greetings PHS family, Today in Weight Training we continued our Intro to Sports Physiology & Biomechanics Training Unit. We began our day with 5 laps in the gym(cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the hamstrings muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their upper body and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches.
