Greetings PHS family, Today in Weight Training we continued the Speed/Agility Unit. We began our day with 5 laps in the gym(cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the hip flexor muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their lower body and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches.
