8/14/15

Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our Circuit Training unit with Moderate and High intensity exercises. We began our day with running 2 laps around the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstring muscles (muscular endurance, flexibility). Students performed well today during our high intensity workout. Students will continue to look at their Circuit Training data. Next week students will evaluate their workouts to make sure that they are progressing with each exercise. Students please remember that our first unit test will be on Friday 8/21/15. We ended our day with static stretches. Have a great Weekend.
