Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our Circuit Training unit with Moderate and High intensity exercises. We began our day with running 2 laps around the track (cardiovascular endurance). Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine (muscular endurance, flexibility). Students performed well today in the weight room. Students please remember that our first unit test will be on Friday 8/21/15. We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow!
