Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our Nutrition, Supplements and Steroids Unit. We began our day with 5 laps in the gym (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the hamstrings muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their lower bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Students will take the Nutrition, Supplements and Steroids Post-test on Friday, April 1st. Have a great weekend.
