Greetings PHS family, today in weight training we continued our Intro to Sports Physiology and Biomechanics Unit. We began our day with 5 laps in the gym (cardiovascular endurance). Next, students performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching the hamstrings muscle. Students performed a series of exercises focusing on their upper bodies and abdominal muscles. We ended our day with our cool down static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
